Strong Starting Pay With Real Earning Potential

Technicians receive dependable hourly compensation and can earn more by completing assigned work safely, correctly, and within the authorized Solution window.

$25/hr Starting hourly pay for all compensable working time.
+10% Qualified Completion Commission on every qualified completed job.
$74.50+ Starting premium for company-approved qualifying hazard work.

The Working Man Matters

At Handyman Anderson LLC we work hard to stand out positively in this highly competitive industry. We want to foster long-term partnerships with technicians we bring to our team.

This is why we offer competitive starting pay of $25 per hour, plus a 10% Qualified Completion Commission on every job. Commissions stack when multiple qualified jobs are completed throughout the workday. Approved qualifying hazard work receives an additional premium starting at $74.50, with higher-risk classifications paying more.

All Authorized Job Expenses Paid

Authorized business mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard business mileage rate. Approved job materials and required company uniform items are paid for by the company.

Greater Pay Opportunities

Complete qualified jobs within their authorized windows and earn 10% on each one. Approved additional on-site tasks can also earn commission.

Paid Drive Time

Compensable travel between assigned jobs, approved supply stops, and other required work locations is paid at the regular hourly rate.

Overtime Opportunities

Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload and scheduling. Overtime is paid at the applicable overtime rate.

What We Require

Our technicians represent Handyman Anderson LLC inside our clients' homes and businesses. Reliability, honesty, cleanliness, communication, and professional workmanship are essential.

A reliable work truck suitable for carrying ordinary tools and job materials.
A valid driver's license, current registration, and vehicle insurance meeting company requirements.
The ability to work independently and represent Handyman Anderson LLC professionally.
A commitment to safe, correct, clean, and properly documented work.
Clear communication when legitimate conditions change a project's scope or time requirements.
The ability to complete assigned work within reasonable authorized Solution windows.
