Regular Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET. Departure begins at 8:00 AM.
Same-Day Emergency (Weekdays): Applies when arrival is 4:30 PM or later, and ends before 10:00 PM. Jobs likely to run past 10:00 PM may qualify as After-Hours Emergency.
After-Hours (Weekdays): Arrival 8:00 PM or later. Must be scheduled at least one day in advance. Limited availability.
After-Hours Emergency: Same-day work that cannot begin before 8:00 PM.
Weekends: Emergency Service only.
Emergency Phone: 24/7 availability for urgent calls.
Unforeseen Disruptions: Unforeseen events may alter schedule.

FUEL & MATERIALS: Calculated separately from labor.
DRIVE TIME: Roundtrip travel time is included in the Flex Hour window.
FLEX HOURS: This is our service window. We don’t nickel-and-dime. If it takes us a few extra minutes to wrap things up, we won’t automatically move to the next tier. We keep you informed before projects move to a higher tier.
COMPLEXITY/DIFFICULTY: The technical nature and difficulty level of your project determine which Solution works best for you.
ON-CALL LABOR SURCHARGES: +50% After-Hours, +50% Emergency, +100% After-Hours Emergency (see exterior flap)
HAZARD PREMIUM: May apply for projects involving confined, dangerous, unsanitary, or physically extreme conditions.
